Come and learn about Body, Breath, and Mind and their union.You will be surprised how much we don’t know about these three pillars of our existence and life.
Come and learn how to be mindful of Body, Breath, and Mind and their union. What we will learn will enhance our awareness of who we are and will empower us to pursue a lifelong journey of self-study and self-realization.
Come and learn how to attain happiness by taking actions necessitated by awareness and mindfulness. Mindfulness alone doesn’t ensure a better life. We will discover, explore, and articulate how to put awareness and mindfulness into actions.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or have just started your yoga practice, this retreat will advance your practice, will deepen your understanding of yoga, and will enhance your awareness of your Body, Breath, and Mind.
Schedule
The retreat will Start on Sunday March 10, 2024, evening and will end on Sunday March 17, 2024, before noon.

Monday March 11, 2024, through Friday March 15, 2024:
- 7-9 Morning practice
- 9-10 Breakfast
- 10:30-12:30 Workshops, and monitored and assisted self practice
- 1-2 Lunch
- 2-5 Personal time
- 5-7 Evening presentations and discussions
- 7-8 Dinner
- 8-9:30 Community time
- On Saturday March 16 we will have morning practice only. You are free to enjoy fun activities for the rest of the day
- Retreat Ends after breakfast on Sunday March 17
Venue
The Tierra de Suenos Lodge & Wellness Center is a serene and lush jungle hideaway on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. The resort sits between the pristine Costa Rican beaches of Playa Chiquita and spectacular rainforest. For many looking to experience ecotourism Costa Rica has been their top choice.

Cost and Registration
You make one Retreat Payment that covers lodging, food, and tuition for the retreat. Besides the Retreat Payment, you are only responsible for your transportation and local activities such as guided hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining, kayaking, Snorkeling, etc. Please see Activities in Tierra de Suenos for more information.
The Retreat Payment is: $2,559
- Those who register and pay the Retreat Deposit of $500 before April 30th, 2023, receive a $500 discount.
- Worlds Yoga Teachers and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) graduates receive a $650 discount before April 30th.
For lodging we have shared bungalows. A bungalow is shared by two people. A private bungalow costs $340 more in Retreat Payment, that is a total of $2,899. The shared lodging is a great opportunity to bring a spouse, a friend, or a family member you want to spend a good time with.
