*Important NOTE About Class Passes: All sales are final. There are no refunds. We do not offer hold for Class Passes. This means the expiration date on Class Passes can not be extended for any reason which is why we allow a longtime for our students to use the passes and allow sharing of passes with family members (you are always welcome to use a pass to bring a guest; just make sure you let us know if it is a one time guest so we remove their access to your class passes beyond the one class). Some students think they have a lot of time so they don’t attend classes on a regular basis and in-variably something comes up (either a health issue for them or a loved one, emergency surgery, urgent business projects/trips, urgent out of country trips, vacations, etc) and they won’t have enough time to use all of the passes and since we don’t extend the expiration date under any circumstance, some of their passes will expire unused.
