I have been practicing Yoga since 2012 at Worlds Yoga, and it has been a cornerstone of balance, alignment, and connection in my life. Yoga keeps me centered and deeply attuned to the divine consciousness—the infinite, flowing energy (Prana) that sustains our universe. It’s the inner joy of feeling interconnected with all life that inspires me to continue this path. In 2022, I felt a strong inner calling to deepen my practice and enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program at Worlds Yoga. Since graduating, I’ve been honored to give back by volunteering and offering yoga and pranayama classes to community members in Pleasanton. Teaching has opened my heart even more, reinforcing the belief that yoga is not just a practice but a way of life.
In 2024, I again felt that spiritual nudge to evolve further, and I joined the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Mount Madonna. This path has been nothing short of grace—a divine unfolding. I truly believe that Yoga offers a gateway to a more peaceful, joyful, and loving life—not just individually, but for the world as a whole. Om Shanti Om.
