Clare Bautista

Clare is a dedicated wife and mom of 5 children & a registered nurse by trade. She loves being a mom & taking care of everyone around her, but realized she should start taking better care of herself, so she can be a better wife, mom, nurse, daughter, friend, etc. That self care journey brought her to World’s Yoga in 2013. After one class, she was hooked! Intrigued by the strength and challenging poses Vinyasa/Power classes offered, she continued practicing solely for the work out. Over time, her yoga practice evolved into so much more. Rather than seeking to perfect poses, she found deeper meaning to her yoga practice. She has learned to listen to her body throughout the years and let go of any expectations. There are days she needs to challenge herself and then there are days her body needs to slow down. She is constantly learning & making adjustments in her practice. Yoga helps her practice patience, mindfulness & balance on and off her mat. She is able to cultivate this mindset in how she handles her daily work and home life.

In 2018, Clare received her RYT 200 hours certification after completing the teacher training through Worlds Yoga. Although she enjoys practicing all forms of yoga from Power yoga, Vinyasa, to Yin yoga, she enjoys teaching Vinyasa most. It helps her stay connected to her mind, body and breath. she hopes to offer that connection to her students as well.
